The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) provides an RC&D Coordinator to provide technical assistance and to act as a liaison to the RC&D. NRCS also provides offices and office support in return for the development of projects that fall within the the NRCS mission, goals and startegies. The Coordinator reports to the State Office of the Pacific Island Area (PIA) of NRCS and networks with other Coordinators in the PIA and the nation.
